Clink is a virtual business card management application that allows users to digitally store, organize, and manage business cards and contact information.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Tier

Our Free tier allows you to:

  • Store up to 50 business cards
  • Create up to 10 folders
  • Access basic features

4.2 Pro Tier

Our Pro tier includes:

  • Unlimited business cards
  • Unlimited folders
  • All premium features

Available as:

  • Monthly subscription: $1.99/month
  • Lifetime purchase: $49.99 (one-time payment)

4.3 Payment and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with notice.

4.4 Refunds

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 30 days.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including business card images and contact information.

5.2 License to Use Content

By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
